Since 1963, Bay State Forestry Service has provided the New England forest landowner with responsible, viable forest stewardship. To do this we utilize comprehensive land management consulting. Our foresters work closely with landowners to identify conservation objectives. Therefore, we make management recommendations to accomplish a wide range of forest resource opportunities. Common landowner objectives include: sustainable timber production, wildlife habitat improvement, invasive plant species control. As a result improving recreational access, and reducing property taxes through forestland current-use incentives. Our services include: forest resource management planning, timber sale administration, invasive plant management, cost-share program assistance, property boundary maintenance and GIS/GPS mapping services.
